International festival, taking place in the Indian city of Sivan in the state of Bihar, selected a film by Russian director Anna Barsukova for its program “Fine Line”.
Parrot International Film Festival – this event, organized for representatives of the independent film industry and moviegoers, who love to discover niche films and artists. The goal of the Parrot International Film Festival is to identify new talents, current films and directors with great potential.
The final event and screenings of the winning films will take place 31 October 2023 of the year.
